What are our Fees?

Whilst we aim to be as transparent and honest with our fees as possible. The success fees vary across claim products. Please click on a claim type below to find out more. One thing we can boast is that there are never any hidden fees, and as long as you stay with us until the end of the claims process, you will not have to pay a penny if your claim is unsuccessful. If you cancel your claim after the 14 day cooling-off period, but before the end of the process a cancellation charge may be payable please see below to find out more about cancellation fees for each product.

We do not charge you a fee for our assessment work, we simply offer a no obligation check. If you cancel after the 14-day cooling off period, but before we present the result of our assessment, a fee of £100+VAT will be payable. Once we complete our work, and if you are eligible to claim, we will offer you the option to proceed with a claim through one of our Legal Partners. If you choose to proceed, we may receive a commission from them. This keeps our service free for our clients.
Our Solicitors charge a Percentage of the compensation they obtain, only if the claim is successful, and work strictly on a 100% no-win, no-fee basis (though cancellation charges apply if you cancel after the 14 day cooling-off period). The actual percentage fee will depend on the Solicitor we refer your claim onto. This will depend on certain aspects of your claim. You will know the fee that you will be charged once our work is complete but before we offer to refer your case on.

Our Fee structure for Packaged Bank Account claims is simple. We charge a success fee of 30% + VAT on the redress awarded. In the event that your claim is unsuccessful, you will not have to pay a penny.
